Basic Schedule for all classes:
DCE = All 8-hours are Required Courses for all Licensees:
ECE = Elective Courses (You need a total of 12 Elective credits):
- Monday 9 am - 10 am: DCE-1: Advertising & Social Media
- Monday 10 am - 11 am: DCE-1: Licensee Relationships
- Monday 11 am - 12 pm: DCE-1: Prohibited Conduct
- Monday 12 pm - 1 pm: DCE-1: Property Disclosure
- Tuesday 9 am - 11 am: DCE-2: Contracts
- Tuesday 11 am - 1 pm: DCE-2: Situational Ethics
ECE = Elective Courses (You need a total of 12 Elective credits):
- Wednesday 9 am - 10 am: ECE-1: Lead Nurturing
- Wednesday 10 am - 11 am: ECE-1: Issues & Trends in Residential Property Management
- Wednesday 11 am - 1 pm: ECE-2: Building Your Brand
- Thursday 9 am - 11 am: ECE-2: Prevent Defense
- Thursday 11 am - 1 pm: ECE-2 Virtual Assistants
- Friday: ECE-6:
- Friday 9 am - 11 am: Module 1 is 2-hours called Balance Sheet;
- Friday 11 am - 2 pm: Module 2 is 3-hours Save & Invest;
- Friday 2 pm - 3 pm: Module 3 is 1-hour Understanding Credit Scores!
