Post-Licensing via Correspondence for New Licensees and Broker/Associate Brokers

From one of the most trusted names in real estate and real estate education comes an Alaska Post-Licensing 30-hour Correspondence Course of exceptional quality and value.
Participants have 30 days from their receipt to complete the course. Extensions of up to 30 days may be given with prior permission of the instructor. After this time frame, a reinstatement fee will be charged. PLUS, you will have access to a unique Virtual Resource Center! It gives you access to information that complements the course! It includes links, videos, and more! AND makes the course so much more fun and valuable! And, if you prefer to watch videos from my latest virtual courses and receive all the regular materials, I have that option for both post-licensing courses! Once you have finished the course, you must e-mail your completed activity sheets as directed for review. Once they are received, we will review them for completeness. A certificate of completion will then be e-mailed. You are then responsible for providing the Commission all required information and fees. No refunds once the order has been sent. Courses are not transferable. NOTE: Due to changes with Square, my credit card processor, processing fees will no longer be refunded when I issue a full or partial refund. |
