30-hour Alaska Upgrade to Broker or Associate Broker Course ​via Correspondence!

To upgrade your license to a broker or associate broker, you must have been an active licensee for 3 consecutive years out of 5 years. The Commission then requires you to complete 30 specific hours of education and then pass a test through Pearson Vue. The education covers what you need to know as a broker or associate broker, as well as what you need to know to pass the Pearson Vue Exam Broker/Associate Broker Exam. (These hours do not count towards your continuing education.​) 

There are two options on the right: a basic package without videos, and one with videos.

My course follows the same format as many of my other correspondence courses, in which you fill out "activities" as you go through the course and then return them to me for grading.

After I finish it, I will then send you a general and a state test to take.  We then review the tests to prepare you to take the test with Pearson Vue. My goal is to ensure you are prepared and comfortable taking the test, and, more importantly, passing it.

Additionally, I include access to my unique Virtual Resource Center (VRC) in both options. My unique VRC is available to you until you pass the test! It is a fantastic resource that provides all the information you need to help you pass.. (Please download the Google Classroom app, so you have access to this great resource anytime!)

The VRC is divided into easy-to-navigate sections:

• Testing Service Information
• Sample tests!
• Help Passing the Exam (14+ sections, including video reviews and games!)
• General Stuff (30+ topic areas with lots of great short videos in each)
• Special "math made easy" section!
• State Stuff (29+ topic areas - written materials crunched into small bits with videos coming soon!) Plus, flashcards and games!
• After you pass the test! (Great resource information!)

And, for an additional fee, you can add access to my last Virtual Course recordings in their own virtual Upgrade Google Classroom. This classroom also has additional study help!

You have 45 days to complete my course. An extension of up to 30 days may be granted, provided it is requested before the end of the initial 45 days. Extensions past this time will require a processing fee.
