Participants have 45 days from access to complete the course. One extension of up to 30 days is available with my prior written permission. Also included in my courses, which prepare you to take and pass a test for the state, is access to my unique online Virtual Resource Center (VRC)! It includes fun videos, games, etc., broken down into easy-to-find topic areas so you can concentrate on where you need help, whether in the general or state areas. And you will have access to it until you pass your test! Plus, I email you twice weekly to check how you are doing! Once you have completed the course, you must take an exam from me to prove to the Alaska Real Estate Commission (AREC) and me that you have received some knowledge from this course -- a passing grade is 75%. After this test, you can take the AREC exam administered through Pearson Vue. This is extremely helpful as we discuss each question to ensure you understand how to take and pass a multiple-choice test! I am available via phone, email, text, virtually, or whatever before, during, and after completing your course! No one gives you the service I provide from the beginning and beyond! The general or uniform material is in ebook format. It is available virtually through the members-only section of my website. The state materials come as PDFs that you will download from a link sent to you. Click the link to the right to order the package best suited to you! Please note: The Alaska materials will be sent via a link to a secure online site where you can download the files. Each course has two parts: 1) the "uniform" materials (which is the information that all licensees throughout the US must know) and 2) the Alaska Statutes and Regulations course governing us. The Alaska portion is in PDF format, written by me, and laughingly titled the "Dick & Jane of Alaska Real Estate." The Alaska Real Estate Commission has approved all these packages.
