Welcome to my website!

I offer everything you need to get into real estate in Alaska, keep your license, and upgrade your license. Check the links to start you off in the right direction:

• Pre-licensing (to set your first real estate license)
• Post-licensing for new licensees (The law requires you to complete this course within one year of getting your first license.)
• Continuing education (everyone must complete 20 hours of continuing education by January 31 of every even-numbered year)
• Upgrade education (to obtain your associate broker or broker's license after you have completed 3 out of 5 years as a salesperson)
•  Post-licensing for upgraded licensees  (The law requires you to complete this course within one year of getting your upgraded license)
• Alaska State Law Course (for those who have had a license in another state for at least six months and want to obtain your Alaska real estate license -- check the state's website for more information).​
