A Real Estate Education & Consulting Company that specializes in Real Estate Education and Training, real estate mediation and facilitation, brokerage planning, expert witness work, and real estate success "coaching."
Real estate courses given include but are not limited to pre-licensing, post-licensing, and upgrade courses and required and elective real estate continuing education in Alaska. Courses are offered in classroom, correspondence, virtual, and blended formats (virtual plus classroom).
Continuing education courses cover commercial, residential, and property management. Topics include communication, case law, licensee responsibilities, customer service, technology, mediation, and ethics. State topics also cover understanding and compliance with Alaska Real Estate Statutes and Regulations, including the Alaska Landlord-Tenant Act.
No matter the format, all courses include a unique virtual classroom containing additional course information and resource materials, including videos and fun activities.
Also taught are general adult improvement courses in mediation, customer service, dealing with difficult people, risk management, making technology work for you, and team building.
All courses are authored, taught, and monitored by McConnochie. Audiences served for general courses in Alaska have included the University of Alaska Southeast's CPM program and various state and local REALTOR® Boards and affiliate organizations.
McConnochie provides education in instructor development within Alaska and Lower 48. These programs train licensees/agents to teach in a classroom, virtual or blended settings. Also offered are sessions on how to write courses for the classroom, virtual, and blended presentations.
In February 2020, McConnochie moved from teaching strictly in a classroom to teaching virtually. The timing could not have been better since, sometime in March, the world of classroom teaching shut down.
Later in 2020, one of the foremost experts in synchronous and asynchronous education, Leslie Clausen (also a DREI) from Biloxi, Mississippi, and McConnochie teamed up to develop an "e" course to help instructors learn and perfect the skills and abilities necessary to provide quality education both virtually and blended.
McConnochie has taught real estate courses on behalf of the International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) in Vietnam, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. She has also provided a real estate seminar in Manila, Philippines, for AIREEC (Asian International Real Estate Expo and Conference).
McConnochie also wrote a comprehensive 3-day course for IHC Global in 2020 to be taught outside of the US, teaching ethics for real estate professionals overseas.
McConnochie is also a National Association of REALTORS® certified e-PRO Trainer and SRS (Seller Representation Specialist) Trainer (the premier seller agency designation course).
Services to commercial and residential real estate clients include but are not limited to the preparation of market analyses on various properties (residential, commercial, and recreational), preparation of marketing information including but not limited to estimates of absorption rates for new projects, type of development that the market needs and wants, pricing; identification of potential property for purchase and lease; analysis of the property to be held or property to be sold.
Also offered are mediation services and success coaching services for real estate professionals.
McConnochie also works as an expert witness in real estate cases.

I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, technology (I’m a tech geek), cooking, writing, running, animals, and volunteering my time to others.
