It's a correspondence course with a cool twist! All 30 hours of the course will be using a video on Google Hangout! And you must participate via video!
All material will be delivered digitally!

This is the course that will provide you the 30-hours of education you need to upgrade your license to a broker or associate broker-- after of course you pass the Pearson Vue test!
This is a brand new way to get your 30-hour real estate upgrade course! It's correspondence WITH a twist! We will meet via Google Meet or Skype
April 6 through April 9, Monday through Thursday, 9 am until 6 pm each day
-- and by the way Google Meet or Skype is FREE to you!
In order to get credit for the course, you must attend via VIDEO and audio and either attend all 30 hours or do a combination of attending at least 15 hours, complete required studying, plus take a test within 30 days of paying for the course. (You must attend a minimum of 15 hours via video to qualify as well as notify me prior to the conclusion of the online course).
By the by, the BEST way of passing the course and passing the Pearson Vue test which you must take and pass after the course is to complete the 30-hour online!
Anyone who meets the basic qualifications and wants to upgrade their Alaska real estate license can take this course....the wonders of the internet!
We'll have discussions, videos, it will be a multimedia extravaganza guaranteed to help you understand the material and it will help you pass the test!
Minimum has been met! Maximum number of attendees: 10
NOTE: you must have 36 consecutive months out of 60 in order to upgrade your license.
Digital materials will be sent out the Friday prior to the class!
NOTE: Pearson VUE Testing Centers are TEMPORARILY CLOSED
The following message was received from Pearson VUE regarding license testing:
“Due to increasing concern for the health and safety of our candidates and our employees and in response to government guidance and difficulty procuring the critical hygienic products that keep our test centers safe, we are temporarily closing our U.S.-based Pearson VUE-owned and operated Pearson Professional Centers (PPCs) starting Tuesday, March 17. Candidates can reschedule their exams for appointments starting April 16 and beyond, if conditions allow.”
The Commission will continue to monitor changes to this information and will provide updates on their website and in the Commission's List Serv accordingly.
