A Real Estate Consulting Company. Also specializing in Real Estate Education and general adult education, real estate and general mediation, general facilitation and “Strategic Thinking” services.

Services to real estate clients includes but is not limited to preparation of market analyses on various properties (residential, commercial and recreational), preparation of marketing information including but not limited to estimates of absorption rates, type of development that the market needs and wants, pricing; identification of potential property for purchase and lease; analysis of property to be held or property to be sold.

Education courses include but are not limited to pre-licensing, post-licensing, continuing education and upgrade courses in classroom and correspondence formats.
