For this course you read the "book" as well as the accompanying addendums. Pay close attention to anything underlined or in bold as these may well be on the test.

Once you have completed your reading you will organize for someone outside the real estate industry to proctor a test given by me, required by the Commission, to insure that you have received some measure of knowledge of the statutes and regulations of state of Alaska in regards to real estate. (Many times your local librarian will do this at little or no cost.) This test is also good practice for the main test you will next take from a company called Pearson Vue on behalf of the Alaska Real Estate Commission.

The certificate for passing this course, plus passing the Pearson Vue test allows you to apply for your Alaska real estate license.

Note: other terms and conditions may be required by the Alaska Real Estate Commission. Check with them to confirm you have everything in order.
