Correspondence Post-Licensing From one of the most trusted names in real estate and real estate education comes an Alaska Post-Licensing 30-hour Correspondence Courses of exceptional quality and value. Participants have 10 days per individual course from your receipt to complete the course (extensions of up to 10 days per course may be given with prior permission of the instructor). Once you have completed the course, you must fax or send your completed activity sheets to me for review. Once they are received by me I will review them for completeness. If acceptable a certificate of completion will be e-mailed. No refunds once order has been sent. Courses are not transferable. ____________________________________________________ E-mailed Versions A link to your courses will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of my receipt of your PayPal order (except Sundays). Download all files within 3 days of receipt. Forms are "fill in the bank." Download the version (either Word 2003 or 2007) of the courses that is applicable for your computer. Save the files with the module number and your name prior to sending them back for grading. Please note: the e-mail document/s will be sent via a link to a secure on-line site.
