Correspondence Post-Licensing

Participants have 10 days per individual course from your receipt to complete the course (extensions of up to 10 days per course may be given with prior permission of the instructor).

Once you have completed the course, you must fax or send your completed activity sheets to me for review. Once they are received by me I will review them for completeness. If acceptable a certificate of completion will be e-mailed.

No refunds once order has been sent.

Courses are not transferable.
