Real Estate Seminars with an
Alaskan Flare!
Need
and want a course that will energize, educate, motivate,
and enlighten your members or
sales people?
PeggyAnn can and does deliver!
Some of the topics
available include:
-
Ethics
in the Last Frontier:
There is a difference between
morals (understanding the difference between right and wrong) and choosing to
do what is right (ethics). But what makes us want to do the right thing?
Survival! In the crazy world of real estate it is doing what is right that
helps us to survive the crazy world of real estate! This course explorers
cases where people got off the “right path” and got into trouble – we look at
where they went wrong and possibly why, and how we can make sure we do not
make the same mistakes.
-
Client
Care and Bear Feeding:
Today’s
world of real estate is even crazier than before; some in real estate never
had to develop the skills to “take care” of their clients for any length of
time, for some it has been too long since they needed to “take care” of
clients, and to top it off what clients need and want for from us today has
changed dramatically. In this course learn the strategies to put together an
extreme approach to service, developing methods and systems to integrate this
new way of “feeding” into how you work with each of your clients; developing
buyers and sellers who consider you their REALTOR® for life!
-
Real
Estate; THE most dangerous profession, and how to reduce your risk:
Do you know anyone who has not
seen an episode of Ice Road Truckers or Deadliest Catch lately? I predict the
next reality will show will be “REALTOR® does real estate!” Ahhhh! Kidding
aside today’s world of working with buyers, sellers, property owners or
tenants is fraught with risks. In this course learn to integrate tips and
techniques into your daily real estate life to help reduce your risks in real
estate. Whether you have been a REALTOR® for months or years, been in sales or
property management learn how to identify and reduce the risks that can turn
your career into a disaster (like an overturned truck Ice Road Truckers or
overboard fisherman on Deadliest Catch).
-
Technology:
Putting social networking to work for you:
How do
they do it?!? They post to their Blog daily, let everyone know about
their "life in real estate" on Facebook, keep their professional contacts up
to date with their work on LinkedIn, they even send their new listings out on
Twitter! I don't have the time how do they? And more importantly why do
they do it? OK; so social networking is not for everyone. But, who is
it for? What can it do for your business? How do you get started when you have
no time and more importantly how can you keep it up if you get going and still
"take care of business?" This course explorers the "down and dirty" of what
social networking is, and more importantly why you as a residential REALTOR®
need to have and maintain a social networking presence to enhance and
improve your long term life in real estate.
