Here are the required correspondence courses for continuing education for this past renewal cycle! Click the links to the left for more information!

You are required this last renewal period to have the following courses for DCE (Required) Education:

          Ethical Decision Making (2)

          Risk Management (2)

          Contracts (2)

          Real Estate License Law (2)

Plus you need a different set of courses for 12 elective (ECE) topics hours (they must have a substantially different name).

All courses are delivered via e-mail! Only!

No refunds are given once purchase has been made.

Be aware, if you were required to take Post-Licensing Education, those credits do not count towards your continuing education (required or elective). And, any courses that have a substantially similar name under Post-Licensing (even though they may have different hours) cannot count as well.
