Broker / Associate Broker Upgrade Correspondence Course

By popular request here is a correspondence course for those who wish to upgrade their Alaska Real Estate License from a salesperson to a broker or associate broker, via correspondence. This course is approved by the Alaska Real Estate Commission (AREC).

Once you receive the course, you have 45 days in which to complete it. Upon completion, you are required to send a copy of the course back to the instructor for grading. Once you pass the course, you are eligible to take the exam administered for the AREC by Pearson VUE.

Note: This course meets the requirements of the Alaska Real Estate Commission but does not prepare you to pass the Pearson VUE tests. Prior to taking this test, you will need to study for the uniform exam and spend additional time on the state portion of the test including studying the fundamentals of a closing statement.
