PRE-LICENSING VIA CORRESPONDENCE

From one of the most trusted names in real estate and real estate education comes an Alaska Pre-licensing Correspondence Course of exceptional quality and value.

Participants have 45 days from your receipt to complete the course. Extensions of up to 30 days may be given with prior permission of the instructor. Once you have completed the course you are required to take an exam from the instructor to prove to the Alaska Real Estate Commission (AREC) and the instructor that you have received some measure of knowledge from this course -- a passing grade is 75%. After this test you can then take the AREC exam administered through a company called Pearson VUE.

I am available via phone, e-mail, text, SKYPE, and in person (when we are in the same location) before, during and after you complete your courses!

No refunds once order has been sent. Courses are not transferable.
